RSRP is comprised of like-minded pastors from churches in the Stafford, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and King George region committed to building up one another in faith and aiding one another in ministry.

As an association of local pastors, it's important to note that the church in which each pastor serves is not itself associated with RSRP or its beliefs. Any cooperation between churches is voluntary and informal. That being said, we believe that the local church is strengthened when her ministers are in regular fellowship with other pastors who share the same theological and missional commitments.
